EMEA Telecom Sales Leader - Cybersecurity - Remote, UK
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with a strong drive to close high-value deals in the Telecom industry.
As a Business Development Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of the business expansion within the Telecom sector across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through in-depth market research and industry analysis.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on high-impact deals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the Telecom sector, including C-level executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams—Marketing, Product, Solution Architects, and Delivery—to craft tailored security solutions for partners.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies in Telecom security.
- Represent McAfee at industry conferences, networking events, and business forums to generate new leads.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in a sales hunter role within the Telecom industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with major Telecom providers in Germany, the UK, and other EMEA countries.
