The role

This role is an Employment Partner succession planning role, based in the heart of the West End of London.

• You will join a small team of two, where you will be overseeing two Associates. Currently, the Corporate Commercial Partner oversees this team but they are looking for a partner to head up this department.
• You will lead the department into the future, driving business and growth. This role could also be the perfect springboard to Equity for the right candidate.
• The caseload will be both claimant and respondent (rough split 60/40), you will also deal with contentious and non-contentious matters. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Commercial on what is anticipated to be a number of exciting projects over the coming 12-24 months.
• You will have a proven track record of expanding work streams and driving new business.
• You should be an Employment Solicitor with at least eight years PQE +
• Salary and package is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience and background.
