The Creative Department is a small unit within TikTok's French office, dedicated to the creativity of the platform. As such, it helps creative agencies and brands to make the most of it, educating the industry and coming up with campaign ideas that resonate with the audience. The Creative will support ideation, creation of content, collaboration with creative partners and creative agencies, and ensuring that all creative work is aligned with TikTok's brands and vision, as well as brand's DNA. He will help the creative department in its daily mission of being the point of contact for creativity on TikTok, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Head of the department and its creative lead. As a strong support for creativity on TikTok, the Creative will also collaborate with creative partners and agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
