The Strategy, Transformation, and Regulatory Affairs department is responsible for defining and executing the company's strategic vision, leading transformation projects, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that works cross-functionally with all departments, ensuring alignment of corporate strategies and fostering collaboration to achieve common goals. The Strategy Team is responsible for leading the creation, implementation, and execution of Telefónica Global Solutions business strategy, defining bold strategic journeys and key transformation projects, and leading them to success.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
TGSol provides services to more than 1,700 customers in over 170 countries. We provide services to Corporate Multinationals and International Wholesale customers. We commercialize a portfolio of 8 key business families that we provide over a global network with more than 100 nodes around the globe and more than 200 agreements with local and global service providers. We manage more than 15 different technologies and platforms for data connectivity, voice, satellite, messaging, roaming, and outsourcing solutions.

- Lead the Strategy team, creating a unique vision that aligns different Telefónica Global Solutions teams' objectives and medium-term development.
- Manage complex and multiple relationships among TGS areas as well as with global units and local OBs teams.

- Ensure value-based Strategy Plan and its implementation.

EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 4 years in management roles.
- B2B Segment Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the B2B segment within the telecommunications industry, including market trends, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Proven communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Experience in identifying and resolving strategic issues and challenges.
- Proven record of success:
Minimum of 5 years of Strategic Planning within the B2B segment of a telecommunications service provider.
- Minimum of 3 years of planning of business and commercial objectives for a B2B telecommunications company.
- Lead internal and external briefing on company’s Equity Story and Strategy.
- Minimum of 3 years of leading Global Telefónica Group internal relationships to align different Global and local units' plans and goals.
