Back Office Manager

Fut-Ure Recruitment is a global IT & Tech recruitment company with Headquarters in Barcelona, Spain and global teams across Europe (and growing!).

We are currently in the expansion stage and are looking for new team members to join us to assist us in our exciting journey during our growth stage.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and take charge of all administrative duties in the office, suggest improvements to enhance office environment.
2. Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure.
3. Relationship management of local vendors.
4. Draft emails, internal and external communications.
5. Help support with payroll, accounting and reporting.
6. Provide administrative support to People team as needed.
7. Work on ad-hoc tasks and projects, as requested.
8. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance.
9. Maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Requirements:

1. Min. 1 year of experience as office manager or personal assistant or similar role.
2. Excellent level of English and Spanish; other languages are beneficial.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when under pressure.
4. You are a responsible, proactive, energetic team player always striving to achieve the best results.
5. A “can do” attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to take on an increasing level of responsibility.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Excellent at time and project management, able to deal with multiple tasks at once and ensure everything gets done in a timely manner.
8. Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment; doesn’t get frustrated by priorities changing and is open to feedback.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
10. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
11. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
12. Eligibility to work in the EU.
