A leading digital consultancy in Germany is seeking a VP, Strategy & Transformation to lead and evolve its strategy offerings. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to clients, leading complex engagements, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will have extensive consulting experience and a strong understanding of how technology influences business strategy. The VP, Strategy & Transformation leads Futurice Germany’s strategy and transformation service line in the region. This role helps clients make sense of complexity and turn strategic ambition into concrete action. It combines business strategy, transformation leadership, and technology understanding to shape long-term direction, guide large change initiatives, and ensure strategies are executable in practice.

We will discuss the salary range for this position as well as our complete compensation package during the initial interview round. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
