We are seeking a talented VP of Marketing & Growth to join our dynamic team in Berlin.

We are seeking a smart, driven, and ambitious VP of Marketing & Growth to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of the management team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our efforts in building brand presence, driving customer engagement, and enhancing loyalty. Your responsibilities will cover the full marketing spectrum, from strategy development to operational execution across all channels. This includes:

• Owning the development of the long-term brand and marketing strategy and aligning departmental OKRs to drive business growth.
• Leading strategy and customer engagement initiatives to ensure personalized, effective communication and customer satisfaction across the entire customer journey.
• Operationally driving performance, content, and brand marketing.
• Driving data-driven marketing through metrics analysis and insights to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in senior marketing roles within a high-growth, competitive startup environment. You should have a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing.

• You bring a hands-on mentality and are ready to work on both strategic and operational tasks.
• You have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM platforms, and PR functions.
• You are an excellent communicator who can translate complex topics between departments and across multiple levels of the organization.
• You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• You are fluent in English and German (Native or C2), with excellent communication skills.
• It is essential to have a skill set that includes project management and strategic thinking, combined with a hands-on mentality.
