• You steer cross-functional development teams (incl. design) with a clear customer focus to successfully (further) develop central HSE digital products.
• You lead strategic development projects with high complexity, high risk, and pronounced volatility.
• You define and continuously develop the medium and long-term product vision for your own area of responsibility.
• You translate this operationally and align with other product teams to create an overarching, aligned Big Picture.
• You define prototypes, set product backlog priorities, and strategically reduce scope to achieve established KPIs in short feedback cycles.
• You build a comprehensive customer/user understanding and consolidate key insights that are instrumental in the design of the digital product.
• You coach and educate within the Product Team, define and optimize processes with the goal of continuously accelerating hypothesis validation.
• You manage cross-functionally various stakeholders with the goal of making the best possible decisions for the customer and the business that go beyond compromise.

• You have several years of experience in a similar position in a cross-functional, agile set-up, ideally in e-commerce.
• You are advanced in managing KPI-driven product development teams (responsible for KPIs that feed into business goals), ideally in the consumer goods or services sector.
• You have several years of experience in managing a user-centric, cross-functional development team (i.e., including prioritizing the product backlog according to highest business value/highest customer focus, rather than purely incorporating stakeholder requirements).
• You have proven successful collaboration with business stakeholders and are seen by key stakeholders (including SVPs and GLs) as an eye-level discussion partner.
• You have proven success in managing and motivating teams with a pragmatic approach and can-do mentality and are perceived and accepted by the team and business as a leader.
