A vegan beauty brand in Berlin is seeking a Creative Director & Equity Partner to lead its creative direction and brand identity. In this unique role, you will develop engaging content across platforms, shape the brand’s visual language, and collaborate directly with the founder. Ideal candidates will have a proven background in creative direction or brand strategies, a strong aesthetic sense, and entrepreneurial drive. This opportunity is about co-creation, offering freedom and the chance to build a brand from the ground up.

We are a young, ambitious brand ready to scale – and now we are looking for a Creative Director & Equity Partner to join us as a true co-creator.
As our Creative Director & Equity Partner , you will :
- Define and lead the creative direction and brand identity of Beloma.
- Develop a content engine across Instagram and beyond (concepts, reels, campaigns, storytelling formats).
- Shape the visual language and tone of voice that differentiates Beloma in the beauty & wellness market.
- Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and growth initiatives.
- Experiment, test, and refine creative concepts to drive reach, conversion, and community engagement.

- Proven background in creative direction, brand strategy, or content creation.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, cultural trends, and digital storytelling.
