We are looking for you to fill the role of Senior Director Organizational Readiness & Change Management (f/m/d) in our strategic and global Business Transformation Program at the KION Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main (Airport/Gateway Gardens).

Tasks and Qualifications:
- As Senior Director Organizational Readiness & Change Management (m/f/d) you are part of the KION Business Transformation (BT) Core Team and lead the Organizational Readiness & Change Management stream including Change Management & Communication, Organizational Readiness and Learning/Training.
- You further revise and develop existing concepts and methodologies in the area of Stakeholder Management, Communication, Organizational Change, Training and Enablement but also develop, design and execute main activities in these fields.
- You closely align and support related teams in the Business Transformation Program such as Business Process Management, Data Management, Deployment, and PMO in the process of implementing the newly designed templates to the local organizations.
- Together with your team you ensure local organizational readiness during deployment of the template in terms of end-user awareness, understanding and enablement.
- You develop and lead a strong, global team of experts ensuring a sustainable community of practice but also align on concepts and approaches with the internal Corporate network, e.g. HR and Corporate Communication.
- You establish a global corporate approach to all related change management activities ensuring standardization and harmonization across Operating Units.
- Besides reporting on progress, achievements and challenges to the Program Management and Project Management Office you support communication and formats with key internal stakeholders from the KION Executive Board to global Management teams, local leaders, and end user communities.
- You are a sparring partner for your team members and also foster their individual development as well as the progress of the team.
Qualifications & requirements:
- You have a degree in business administration, information management, communications, or comparable studies with at least 7 years of relevant professional background (optimally with large-scale SAP transformation program in a corporate or consulting environment).
- You are highly skilled in stakeholder and change management and also have a strong understanding of business and context.
- You are characterized by strong communication, presentation & facilitation skills, which you easily demonstrate in English.
- You shine with your open and easy-to-work-with way of working, intercultural competencies and your right way of communication relevant for the addressed target group.
- Your motivation to work in a high-performance international team helps the program to keep things moving in a very effective way.
- You are used to working in a hybrid mode and travelling (50%).
