The CAE Indigenous Relations Lead plays a pivotal role in enabling CAE Defense & Security Canada to deliver its Indigenous relations goals. This includes fostering business liaisons with Indigenous Governments, Communities and organizations, fulfilling our Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) and Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) commitments, and meeting business objectives for Indigenous recruitment and retention. Additionally, the role involves engaging Indigenous Governments, Communities and organizations, enhancing internal awareness of Indigenous cultures, histories, and issues, and collaborating with SkyAlyne and internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategies. Success in this role will be measured by the achievement of key performance metrics related to Indigenous engagement and participation.
