Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic doer—someone who can bring our brand strategy to life through compelling, high-impact content. As Content Manager for Jacked Factory, you’ll lead content planning, creation, and distribution to drive engagement, brand affinity, and growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams to build a powerful and consistent brand presence. Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

1. Own and manage the content calendar across social platforms & email
2. Align content themes with product launches, campaigns, and brand priorities
3. Stay on top of trends in fitness, culture, and digital to inform strategy

Content Creation & Production

1. Develop or oversee the production of short-form videos, graphics, emails, and ad creatives
2. Brief videographers, creators & designers as needed
3. Ensure content is high quality, on-brand, and platform-optimized

Social Media & Community Management

1. Post regularly on core channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
2. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community relationships
3. Surface feedback and insights from the community to inform broader brand strategy

Email Marketing

1. Lead the end-to-end creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to reporting
2. Segment email lists and tailor messages according to consumer behaviour
3. Analyze email metrics and optimize strategies for better performance
4. Integrate email marketing with other marketing channels (social media, website, etc.) to create a cohesive brand experience
5. Ensure compliance with email regulations and best practices

Performance & Optimization

1. Track and report on key metrics: engagement, reach, CTRs, and conversions
2. Test content formats, messaging, and timing to optimize performance
3. Share insights and recommendations with the broader team

You Might Be a Fit If You

1. Have 2–4 years of experience in content marketing & social media
2. Are hands-on with content creation and comfortable managing creators
3. Understand the nuances of digital content across platforms
4. Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
