We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with a Salesforce Administrator Certification and strong technical acumen to take on an integral role in supporting the development of innovative and client-focused marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform to execute personalized marketing campaigns, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of SFMC, email marketing best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

This is a remote, part-time permanent position requiring approximately 16-20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, segmentation, testing, deployment, and reporting
  • Utilize SFMC tools to create targeted audience segments based on customer data and behaviour
  • Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain quality and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows and journeys within SFMC
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and ROI analysis
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Present findings to stakeholders and suggest improvements for future campaigns
  • Stay current with the latest SFMC features and industry best practices
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to SFMC and email deliverability
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Maintain security best practices within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Salesforce Marketing CloudCertification required
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing digital marketing architectures
  • Strong background in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, particularly within a B2B environment
  • Experience in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Audience Segmentation, and Data Extensions
  • Understanding of SQL and HTML/CSS for email development is required
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance measures
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and data teams
