This is a remote (work from home) role 4 days per week and one day per week in the Toronto office at Yonge and Eglinton.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Execution Specialist to manage the end-to-end coordination of digital media campaigns and client deliverables. This role is essential to keeping projects on track and ensuring smooth, accurate execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is process-driven, thrives under pressure, and brings strong organizational and problem-solving skills to the table. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of our digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently and effectively execute digital media projects for clients through web advertising, webinars, email campaigns, paid social media and content syndication.
  2. Traffic and deploy ads in ad serving platforms and confirm launch success.
  3. Webinar production: lead rehearsal and live event, execute promotions to capture registrations and respond to technical questions/concerns from speakers and/or attendees.
  4. Execute and deploy email marketing campaigns.
  5. Create and manage multi-dimensional lead generation marketing campaigns.
  6. Monitor campaign schedules, pacing, and deliverables to ensure full and on-time execution.
  7. Collect and organize client assets and campaign materials in collaboration with the customer success team.
  8. Adhere to digital operations processes and brand best practices.
  9. Maintain tracking documents, calendars, and project management statuses for ongoing and completed projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary education in a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in digital project execution, operations, or media coordination.
  3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  4. Familiarity with digital media platforms and tools such as CRM systems, webinar software, email deployment platforms, content management systems, marketing automation, and ad flighting tools.
  5. Intermediate knowledge of HTML email.
  6. Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, social media platforms, and Marketo is a plus.
  7. Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  8. Strong communicator with the ability to clearly relay updates and requirements across teams.
  9. A natural problem-solver with a proactive, process-focused mindset.
  10. Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms to support operational excellence.
