A leading financial services company is hiring a Manager for their Data Platform team, responsible for leading a high-performing group to build and operate robust data services in a scalable and secure environment. The role emphasizes team development, effective collaboration, and ensuring quality data processes. Candidates must have significant experience in data engineering and leadership, with a degree and a base in Brazil. This is a remote position with flexible location requirements.

As Manager, Data Platform, you will lead a team responsible for building, evolving, and operating Pismo’s core data platform capabilities (batch and streaming). Your mission is to ensure our data services are reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient, enabling internal teams and partners to deliver high-quality data products at scale.
You will combine people leadership, technical direction, and cross-functional collaboration to drive platform excellence—balancing roadmap delivery with operational stability, quality, and continuous improvement.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. #LI-Remote
