A leading global e-commerce firm is looking for a Logistics Project Manager in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves shaping the Customer Pickup Points network, implementing strategic projects, and driving operational excellence. The Marketplace Transportation team is rapidly building a logistics network and new solutions, addressing the most challenging first-mile issues, as well as opportunities in cost, service, and quality. We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Logistics Project Manager who is enthusiastic about driving growth and supporting the expansion of Amazon's distributed operations programs in Brazil. Your main challenge will be to connect business and technology, benchmarking globally to create a world-class experience for Customers and Sellers in Brazil. Your typical day involves managing multiple project workstreams, following up on key metrics, and ensuring high-quality expansion of logistics initiatives. You'll coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve roadblocks and drive progress on deliverables. During regular status meetings, you'll provide updates on active initiatives and track progress against goals. You'll analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, creating action plans that advance the team's strategic objectives.
