The Marketplace Transportation team is rapidly building a logistics network and new solutions, addressing the most challenging first-mile issues, as well as opportunities in cost, service, and quality. We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Logistics Project Manager who is enthusiastic about driving growth and supporting the expansion of Amazon's distributed operations programs in Brazil. Your main challenge will be to connect business and technology, benchmarking globally to create a world-class experience for Customers and Sellers in Brazil. • Shape the development of the Customer Pickup Points network with a focus on better serving our sellers;
• Expand a new product for Customers while maintaining high service level and operational excellence
• Implement strategic projects to ensure the best scalability and experience throughout the Last Mile;
• Create business cases and implement POCs in an agile environment;
• Conduct operational visits and audits at our facilities;
• Be data-driven to identify new business opportunities that empower distributed point operations;
• Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems that support business growth;
• Work effectively with various stakeholders at different levels, including field operators, support teams, and tech product managers;
• Work closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data-driven analysis for better decision-making.

Your typical day involves managing multiple project workstreams, following up on key metrics, and ensuring high-quality expansion of logistics initiatives. You'll coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve roadblocks and drive progress on deliverables. During regular status meetings, you'll provide updates on active initiatives and track progress against goals. You'll analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, creating action plans that advance the team's strategic objectives.

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience working in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting
• Experience in program or project management
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience in data analysis and extracting insights to make data-backed business decisions
• Experience in clear and precise writing
