We are seeking a talented Associate Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines a strong technical foundation with a strong problem-solving ability paired with the experience to put thought into action. You'll excel at analyzing performance data, identifying actionable insights, and developing strategic Meta Ads campaigns with a heavy emphasis on new customer acquisition. You will ensure client success by combining your hands-on approach with the clients' needs and goals.

• Manage Meta ad accounts across client portfolio
• Develop and execute conversion-focused campaign strategies
• Create and optimize audience targeting, ad creative, and placements
• Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to account team, keeping client goals in mind
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ROAS and conversion rates, led by curiosity and opportunity identification from data
• Prepare client performance reports and presentations
• Keep up with industry trends to bring more efficiency to our clients & processes
• Review clients' creative assets and make recommendations for improvement and net new asset creation with examples and testing opportunities
• Execute effectively on tasks delegated to you

• C1-C2 English Level
• Proven track record managing large-scale Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce brands
• At least 3 years of proven paid social experience with an emphasis on e-commerce, agency experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager
• Experience with automated rules, dynamic ads, and catalog management
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in ad creative best practices and A/B testing methodologies
• Knowledge of landing page best practices
• Ideal but not required: TikTok Ads Manager experience
