We are searching for the best talent for Specialist, Business Product Solutions to be in Sao Paulo or Sao Jose dos Campos.
Purpose:
Supports the aggregation and distribution of data utilizing various BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Identifies opportunities to implement methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's BI strategy. Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Business Intelligence (BI) area, under general supervision. Contributes to components of projects, programs, or processes for the BI area. Partners with broader teams and transformation initiatives to support analysis and assessment of industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies across the organization. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead, support, and enhance the IAP BPO backlog from a prioritization, refinement, customer centricity, and lifecycle management perspective.
- Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, actionable, and prioritized based on business value and user needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business leaders, users, and cross-functional teams.
- Gather requirements, validate ideas, and manage expectations effectively.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
- Ensure stories meet the "Definition of Ready" before entering a sprint.
- Communicate business needs to development teams and technical constraints to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and testers to deliver high-quality products.
- Maintain the backlog technology and adjust to support the overall business process with process improvement as a continual focus.
- Own data stewardship, automation, and querying for the IAP BPO team via online tools, capabilities, and visualizations.
- Leverage Python for data analysis, automation, or web development projects.
- Integrating Python applications with SQL databases for seamless data retrieval and manipulation.
- Design and execute MS Access advanced SQL queries in MS Access.
- Develop front-end data intake solutions that provide insight generation and leverage technology to help “paint a story” for high-level leadership/management.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.
- Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards, allowing the team to make data-driven decisions.
- Support the enhancement of strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Manage permissions within SharePoint to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint web parts and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for all products designed, developed, deployed and owned by the IAP BPO group.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology a related scientific field from an accredited institution.
- MBA or Master's degree in a Technical field is highly desirable.
Experience & Skills
Required:
- Minimum of four to six (4-6) years of related work experience.
- Prior experience working in a health care environment (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Consumer Products).
- Knowledge of Python programming, with experience in developing applications and scripts for various purposes.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and other jQuery plug-ins.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft offices (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Suits such as Photoshop, XD.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellence in technical and analytical skills.
- Strong program management skills, organization, coordination, and action-tracking skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a Project Manager, SharePoint Developer, MS365 Application SME.
- Preference for individuals with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global setting.
