Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Assist in the creation and implementation of annual marketing plans and strategies for the cluster of hotels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Digital Marketing

• Support the management and optimization of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging content for the hotel’s website and social media platforms.
• Oversee the digital campaigns and track their effectiveness using analytics tools.

Social Media Management

• Support in developing social media strategy, proofread social media content calendars, create mood boards for campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Public Relations & Communications

• Assist in putting together monthly listings and distributing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials through the appointed PR agency.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
• Coordinate and manage brand events, influencers’ campaigns, promotions, and special CSR projects.

Advertising & Promotions

• Help design and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels.
• Coordinate promotional activities and special offers to attract guests and drive bookings.

Event Management

• Support the planning and execution of on-property events, including conferences, partnerships, and corporate functions.
• Collaborate with internal F&B, Spa, Revenue teams to create calendars of events and marketing plans.
• Manage marketing operations to support the overall marketing function and internal promotions - printed collaterals, signage, digital screens, and digital platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on monthly marketing performance and insights.

Budget Management

• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Monitor expenses and work within allocated budgets to maximize ROI.

Collaboration & Team Support

• Work closely with other departments, including sales, revenue management, and operations, to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
• Provide support to the Cluster Marketing Manager and other team members as required.
