Assist in the creation and implementation of annual marketing plans and strategies for the cluster of hotels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Digital Marketing
Support the management and optimization of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging content for the hotel’s website and social media platforms.
Oversee the digital campaigns and track their effectiveness using analytics tools.
Social Media Management
Support in developing social media strategy, proofread social media content calendars, create mood boards for campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Public Relations & Communications
Assist in putting together monthly listings and distributing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials through the appointed PR agency.
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
Coordinate and manage brand events, influencers’ campaigns, promotions, and special CSR projects.
Advertising & Promotions
Help design and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels.
Coordinate promotional activities and special offers to attract guests and drive bookings.
Event Management
Support the planning and execution of on-property events, including conferences, partnerships, and corporate functions.
Collaborate with internal F&B, Spa, Revenue teams to create calendars of events and marketing plans.
Manage marketing operations to support the overall marketing function and internal promotions - printed collaterals, signage, digital screens, and digital platforms.
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on monthly marketing performance and insights.
Budget Management
Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Monitor expenses and work within allocated budgets to maximize ROI.
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with other departments, including sales, revenue management, and operations, to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Provide support to the Cluster Marketing Manager and other team members as required.
