Assistant Manager Sales- Real Estate

Seeking a fluent Russian-speaking professional to identify and engage new sales opportunities, negotiate, and close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching property listings, consulting with potential clients, accompanying them to property sites, discussing sales terms, and drafting real estate contracts while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in line with industry and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract Russian-speaking investors and buyers.
• Responsible for complete ownership of achieving sales objectives and targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and Russian investors.
• Meet with prospective clients to present and offer real estate opportunities.
• Communicate with clients to understand their property preferences and requirements.
• Accompany buyers on property visits and inspections, providing expert advice on suitability and value.
• Oversee property deal closings, ensuring smooth document signing and fund disbursement.
• Monitor the real estate market to identify potential investors and secure brokerage deals.
• Adhere to performance standards and expectations to drive accountability and efficiency.
• Create open and transparent communication with team members and other departments.
• Compile and analyze sales figures, preparing reports for management review.
• Assist the customer affairs team with relevant information to enhance customer support and satisfaction.
• Participate in special promotions and attend sales-related exhibitions and events as required.
