Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager/Sales Director with 10+ years of overall sales experience, including at least 5+ years of onsite experience in the UAE region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling Salesforce offerings, a well-established network in the Salesforce ecosystem, and a proven track record in managing high-value clients. This role requires a self-driven individual who can independently manage the sales process and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Sales Expertise: Sell Salesforce offerings to clients in the UAE region and leverage an established network of customers and partners.
2. Customer Network: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision-makers within the Salesforce ecosystem.
3. Individual Contributor Role: Take ownership of sales numbers, independently conduct sales meetings, and manage complete account mapping.
4. Remote Collaboration: Work effectively with remote pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
5. Client Management: Engage with large customers, managing contracts with a minimum SOW (Statement of Work) value of USD 250k.
6. Real Estate Focus: Develop business within the real estate sector, leveraging local market expertise.
7. Driving Capability: Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own a car to facilitate client meetings and business development.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of overall sales experience, including 5+ years onsite experience in the UAE.
2. Demonstrated expertise in selling Salesforce offerings with a well-connected network in the Salesforce ecosystem.
3. Proven success in managing high-value deals with large customers, including contracts worth USD 250k or more.

Technical & Functional Skills:

1. Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services.
2. Ability to work as an individual contributor, independently managing sales cycles from initiation to closure.
3. Skilled in account mapping and identifying new business opportunities.
4. Experience working remotely with pre-sales and delivery teams.

Additional Requirements:

1. Familiarity with real estate customers in the UAE market.
2. Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle for client meetings.
3. Open to non-Indian profiles for this role.
