- The Job holder is accountable to develop B2B relations with real estate developers and home furnishing retailers in the Middle East.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Have excellent knowledge about furniture and engineered wood products.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Have sufficient knowledge about the market and its potential.
- Provide the required reports as per management request.
- Excellent communication skills and sales techniques to cope with the competitive market.
- Attend enquiries and convert them into closed sales.
- Achieve planned sales targets.
Job Requirements
- 3 years active sales experience in wood products.
- Degree in business management, administration or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the company.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Self-confidence, self-motivation with excellent communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and computer skills.
- Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Ability to travel.
