Experience:
Commercial / Sales. Other: 5+ Years.
Knowledge / Skills:
Experience in Commercial and sales experience in an airline or travel agency.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE travel market, world geography, fare construction and booking / ticketing procedures.
Proficient in MS Office Applications, Salesforce, EK reservation systems and any GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a highly contributing team in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate fluently in English with strong interpersonal skills and drive to continuously exceed customer expectations.
