Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth system operations. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  
• Assist in system upgrades, updates, and security patches.
  
• Maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and support logs.
  
• Work with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.
  
• Train employees on IT policies, security protocols, and system usage.
  
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
  
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and repairs.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  
• 2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles (UAE experience preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking concepts.
  
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud-based applications.
  
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
