Job Title: Business Development Manager (FX & CFD's)

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to oversee the process of Business Development Manager or Senior Account Manager within IBIZ Capital to promote longevity. The job includes working closely with the Sales Manager, meeting with potential Introducing Brokers (IBs), contacting potential clients via emails, phone and/or video calls, and maintaining existing client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in the FX sales position within a brokerage firm
2. Deep understanding of the financial markets, especially FX/CFDs products
3. Responsible for daily sales performance to ensure results are delivered and achieved
4. Self-motivated, outgoing, result-driven, and confident
5. Excellent problem-solving skills
6. Any second language is an advantage
7. Excellent communication and networking skills
8. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
9. Previous experience in business development or sales within the financial sector
10. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in FX sales position within a brokerage company
