International Business Development Manager Minerals & Talc

Experience: 4-6 Years | Location: Dubai (Initially based in Jaipur for a few months) | Industry: Minerals, Talc, Mining, Export, B2B Sales | CTC Offered: Max 45.00 Lacs inclusive of accommodation with perks & benefits (slightly negotiable)

Job Description:
We are hiring for an International Business Development Manager for one of the largest producers and manufacturers of minerals and superior talc. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in international sales, B2B business expansion, and global client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new international markets for minerals & talc products.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  3. Conduct market research to analyze global trends, competitor strategies, and industry demand.
  4. Develop and execute strategic sales and business expansion plans.
  5. Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with international buyers.
  6. Ensure smooth export operations by coordinating with supply chain, production, and logistics teams.
  7. Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
  8. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, quality standards, and documentation.
  9. Achieve and exceed international sales targets while driving revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 4 -6 years in International Business Development, B2B Sales, or Exports within the Minerals, Talc, Mining, or related industries.
Education: Engineer/Bachelor's/Masters degree in International Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global minerals/talc markets, international trade, and export documentation.
Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong expertise in international sales, business expansion, and key account management.
  2. Proficiency in export regulations, customs clearance, and global trade compliance.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  4. Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
