Job Description: Electronics Engineer (Electronics Hardware Engineer) - Automotive - Must have OEM experience - Product Development

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop components such as circuit boards and other devices. Work closely with software engineers to create new components, conduct tests on prototypes, and oversee the manufacturing process of a variety of hardware components.
2. To design electronic hardware and ensure that it complies with specifications.
3. Collection and analysis of benchmark data, study of Things Gone Right/Things Gone Wrong Reports.
4. Thoroughly check materials, procedures, and mechanical or electrical systems to ensure that customers get high-quality, functional products. Run tests on various components and features to performance and troubleshoot as needed, incorporating client feedback into firmware revisions.
5. Support and maintain in-house technology equipment, installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing.
6. Responsible for conducting PCB Concept Feasibility.
7. Preparation of Concept Simulation and BOM creation.
8. Conduct review of Concept Simulation along with Mechanical Engineering team.
9. Review and finalizing of PCB (Gerber) with Multi-disciplinary Team (Design, Engineering, Quality, SCM, etc.) for product simulation modeling.

Requirements:

1. B.E/MTech/M.E Electronics
2. Proficiency in simulation and modeling software for electronic components.
3. Experience in hardware/product development, integration, testing, compliance & support. Should have basic knowledge of NPI/NPD.
4. Design analysis for Thermal, EMI/EMC.
5. Must be proficient in Altium, Cadence, Allegro or other tools.
