Job Description:

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct detailed analyses of electrical systems, including load calculations, fault studies, and protective device coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs into larger projects, addressing challenges and providing innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns, providing guidance on technical challenges and promoting best practices in electrical engineering.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that electrical engineering tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Perform site inspections and audits to verify electrical installations meet design requirements and safety standards.
• Develop and implement testing procedures for electrical systems, ensuring reliability and performance under various operating conditions.
• Facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders, translating technical information into understandable concepts to foster collaboration.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, with a Master’s degree preferred for advanced knowledge.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical design, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing electrical engineering projects from conception through to successful completion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective troubleshooting of complex electrical issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
