Consultant Dermatologist - Aesthetic & Medical Black Pearl • Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are currently looking for a Consultant Dermatologist - Aesthetic & Medical for one of the leading healthcare facilities in the UAE.

To provide specialized care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of skin, hair, and nail disorders using the latest medical and cosmetic dermatology practices. The Consultant Dermatologist will work in alignment with the hospital patient care standards, safety guidelines, and clinical governance framework.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, infections, and skin cancers.
• Perform dermatologic procedures such as skin biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, electrosurgery, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
• Provide cosmetic dermatology services, as per hospital guidelines, including Botox, fillers, PRP, and laser aesthetics (if applicable).
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with other specialists and primary care physicians for multidisciplinary patient management.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records using the hospital's electronic health system.
• Participate in clinical audits, research, quality improvement initiatives, and CME for junior doctors, residents, and clinical staff, contributing to their education and skill compliance with all DOH and hospital regulations regarding infection control, medical ethics, and patient safety.
• Contribute to clinical case discussions and decision‑making in department meetings.
