Job summary
A leading bank in the UAE is seeking a professional to assist the DCM team with loan transactions. The role involves credit evaluations, financial analysis, and supporting the execution of syndicated and bilateral loans. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields, along with at least 5 years of relevant banking experience, particularly in loan capital markets. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is considered advantageous.
Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant experience in the banking sector, preferably in loan capital markets.
- Fluent in English and knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Industrial sector expertise is essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the DCM team in marketing and execution of loan transactions.
- Perform credit evaluation and financial analysis of clients.
- Coordinate documentation processes for deal closures.
