- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, delivery, and storage.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, and provide information as required.
- Assist with guest departures by collecting luggage and arranging transportation.
- Provide support in calling taxis, arranging airport transfers, and handling guest deliveries.
- Handle luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures, ensuring proper tagging and safekeeping.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Assist front office staff with guest services when required.
- Uphold hotel service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic preferred) is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive customer service attitude.
- Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
