About you

• Experience in designing cross channel experiences

• Ability to drive and close on design requirements independently - this should cover hands-on experience working within Adobe Creative Suite and tools like KNAK BEE Editor andCreatopyto create functional emails and banner ads.

• Additionaldesign skills in related fields including filmmaking motion design and prototyping is a plus

• Familiarity with best practices in accessible design
  

Soft skills:

• Experience or familiarity with agile marketing and processes

• Experience working in an agile environment a plus

• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills

• Team player & amiable attitude

• Is able tomulti-task and switch between projects based on priorities

• Is able towork in a high paced &high volumeenvironment

• Is able towork in a global work environment is able toquickly ramp up to UK local market nuances

• Is responsible and is accountable (e.g.doesntrequire follow ups/ chases to complete tasks)
  

Must have:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing & Communicationsor a related field

• 2 years of experience as a UI designer interaction designer graphic designer or similar role

• A portfoliodemonstratingexperience creating great user-centereddesigns

• Experience across a range of visual design skills like animation iconography productionillustration logo creation branding and interaction design

• Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred) SketchAdobe XD Photoshop Invision KNAK BEE Editor orCreatopyetc

• Familiarity with pharma/health technology is a plus

• Experience creating production specs/assets working directly with developersforimplementationof designs is a plus
