- Oversee bar operations, ensuring excellence in drink preparation and customer service
- Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu aligned with our brand concept
- Lead, train, and mentor the bar team, fostering a collaborative environment
- Manage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations
- Stay current with global mixology trends and implement innovative techniques
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure harmonious food and beverage pairings
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in industry events and competitions to enhance the bar\'s reputation and stay connected with the mixology community
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of bar equipment and work areas
- Minimum 5 years of bartending experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Exceptional mixology skills with extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
