• Strategically research and target potential leads through various B2B marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Provide hands-on support to the sales team by coordinating appointments, following-up on leads, and assisting with sales proposals and presentations
• Oversee data entry and management within the company's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth

• B2B sales management experience with 3-5 years of experience in event/ticketing sphere
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in account management and achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in B2B marketing campaigns, cold calling, and lead generation techniques
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills
• Experience utilizing CRM software and MS Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
