Opening new accounts and growing distribution network as well sales volume under the guideline of company strategies.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with wholesalers, ensuring that the needs of the wholesale accounts are met in a timely and efficient manner, and resolving any issues or problems that may arise with wholesale accounts.
Introducing new products, convincing customers, and following up until getting the final results.
Delivering a unique customer experience while engaging and providing timely service.
Surveying and updating information about competitors and customers’ opinions.
Recruiting, leading, training, coaching, allocating customers, and supporting opening and managing a team of 1-5 account executives.
Achieving revenue targets for the “Target customers” and total sales revenue for the entire team.
Achieving distribution targets by brand and relevant customer segmentation.
Developing and leading negotiations with new group deal contracts.
Developing and coordinating the National 5-star hotels channel, group deals, and international chains for proposals, contracts, events (before and after), and monthly briefings to follow up.
Ensuring execution, performance, compliance, and investment in existing contracts.
Developing and achieving brand sales and visibility guidelines defined by outlet segmentation and classification.
Maintaining relationships with customers.
Ensuring monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested (e.g., performance tracking of promotions/deals, sales, routing, activities).
Directly implementing the company sales policy in terms of pricing and promotion, taking orders and executing promotions (DISPLAY) in line with company requirements.
Making reports (monthly brand performance, universe, sales volumes, deals tracking, customer issues, etc.) to the General Manager.
Managing sales forecasts to ensure no stock outages or overstock.
Building and developing private customers for the premium products segment.
Maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders, e.g., South On-Premises team, Regional Sales team, traditional trade (wholesale team), Events & Marketing team, Customer service team, accounting team, and Brand Principles.
Ad hoc tasks as required from management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate degree from a university.
4+ years of experience leading an ON Trade sales team in the wine/spirit/FMCG industry.
Experience in dealing with 5-star hotels and premium cocktail bars.
Dynamic, self-motivated leader with a proven track record in developing team capabilities.
Proven success in achieving business revenue and brand objectives.
Good communication and negotiation skills with customers at different levels.
Excellent relationship and networking skills for international communication.
Positive attitude with customers.
