Showroom Sales Manager

We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you'll do

1. Manage sales performance to achieve the agreed budget.
2. Track and optimize lead generation to enhance conversion rates.
3. Support the Dealer Principal in budgeting and sales operations.
4. Ensure smooth transaction processing using the dealer management system.
5. Oversee finance and insurance processes for additional revenue.
6. Conduct daily sales meetings to monitor activities and progress.
7. Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
8. Maintain showroom display and hygiene standards.
9. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring legal and compliance adherence.

Who you are

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in operational management.
3. Strong experience in automotive sales.
4. Expertise in sales processes, customer engagement, and finance handling.
5. Leadership and coaching skills for team performance improvement.
6. Knowledge of banking and financial processes.
7. Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Please note this is a 3-month contractual role.
