We are seeking a Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for building and preserving relationships with customers for banking products and advising them on insurance. Ensuring new business and a healthy product mix is maintained, keeping customer suitability at the core.

1. Consistently achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
2. Stay informed about competitor product offerings and propose enhancements to improve existing processes.
3. Provide timely feedback to the Relationship Manager regarding business goals and progress.
4. Ensure adherence to all service standards set by Protego/Bank, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct the sale of insurance products with the utmost good faith, integrity, and transparency.
6. Ensure all customer requests are processed and actioned within the defined TAT.
7. Maintain zero errors in sales and service delivery to uphold quality standards.
8. Actively promote cross-selling opportunities to the existing Protego customer base.
9. Ensure renewal conversion rates are achieved in alignment with business targets.

1. Aware of banking regulatory framework, banking policies, framework, and confidential standards
2. Negotiation skills, interpersonal skills
3. Drive to individually contribute to business continuity

1. Must have a bachelor’s degree (in a relevant field)
2. 1+ year of motor or health insurance experience, UAE experience preferred
3. Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products
