About the Role:
A leading firm is seeking an ambitious Associate Director Institutional Sales professional to drive alternative investment sales across the GCC. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of Family Offices, UNHWI, and corporate and institutional investors in the region, with a proven track record of raising capital and structuring investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting Family Offices, institutional investors, and large corporates across the GCC.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for alternative investment solutions.
3. Work closely with the internal investment team to align sales efforts with the firm's offerings.
4. Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on investment opportunities in the region.
5. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.

Key Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in institutional sales within the alternative investment space.
2. A well-established network of Family Offices, institutional investors, and corporate clients across the GCC.
3. Strong knowledge of the GCC investment landscape, regulations, and investor appetite.
4. A proven track record in capital raising and structuring investment deals.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
7. Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
