Job Requirements:
- Trade tested or Degree in Business Management
- 7 years' supervisory experience
- 2 years in a supervisory position managing a division within the engineering
- Candidate must have knowledge of diesel mechanics, and the common issues encountered in the maintenance and repair of buses
- Project Management Experience

Specific Requirements/Additional Information:

- You may be required from time to time to travel to other branches and may be required to work overtime and be on standby, should the need arise.

- Strong experience in preventative maintenance specific to buses.
- Proven ability to manage and run a busy workshop efficiently.
- A keen eye for identifying gaps in existing processes and procedures.
- The capability to implement improvements where needed and ensure current systems are being followed correctly.
