Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Transport Department, including document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating transportation logistics,
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to transport operations.
Process invoices, delivery orders, and related to transport activities.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficient transport operations.
Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to transportation.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Transport Manager.
