Salary: $4000-6500

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, finding new customers, developing relationships with new and existing clients, and promoting the company's quality.

Responsibilities

1. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively expanding the customer base.
2. Identify prospects and market and sell our company products and services.
3. Negotiate pricing and close deals in a professional and timely manner.
4. Maintain relationships with existing customers.
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
6. Identify product improvements and new products by being current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
7. Conduct market research to monitor industry developments and strategically position the company’s offerings.
8. Prepare tender proposals, marketing materials, and presentations.
9. Prepare reports for Management.
10. Maintain and improve our quality and service standards.
11. Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

1. Possess at least 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the Singapore construction sector or automotive industry.
2. Able to work independently and is a good team player who possesses drive and initiative.
3. Prospecting and lead generation experience.
4. Good people and communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all levels.
