Position Title: Project Engineer (Electrical)
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30AM – 6.15PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Handling projects from tender & sales team for execution
Compile and prepare document and material submission lists for timely delivery.
Design and review project drawings and documents, ensuring timely submission to customers
Monitor submissions and follow up with customers for timely approvals.
Prepare purchase requisitions for project materials and coordinate with the purchase team and suppliers.
Coordinate site activities, including installation, testing, commissioning, and progress reporting, with the construction team
Regularly update the project schedule and prepare weekly & monthly progress reports for internal and customer reviews
Control project costs within the allocated budget
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health standards during project execution
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years of electrical engineering experience
Prior experience in the construction industry is considered an advantage
Experience in project management is a plus
