• Provide technical support and assist Manager in project planning and coordination of all site activities.
• Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works.
• Issue final specification/bill of materials for purchase order.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of goods, equipment, and fabricated items.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing, and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.
• Liaise with consultants, owners, and relevant authorities on their engineering requests.
• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance with the master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.
• Supervise during the construction stage from start to the completion and handover of the project.
• Supervise subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local codes and regulations.
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning.
• Prepare and update submission shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Prepare technical submissions, material submissions, and engineering installation methods.
• Prepare site progress and forecast reports.
• Manage and schedule subcontractor work.
• Prepare and submit site activity and progress reports.
• Assist project team, purchase team, and accounts department.
• Attend client meetings if required.
• Perform other duties assigned by Superior and Management.
