Job Description:

Industry: Construction
Location: Island wide ( depends on site being assigned )
Working Hours: Site-based: 830am to 530pm (Mon-Fri), 830am to 1230pm (alternate Saturdays)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and plan site work, ensuring that targeted completion dates are met and works completed are within acceptable standards.
• Coordinate, liaise and communicate with people of all levels internally and externally.
• Oversee the material selection and purchase for use in construction.
• Ensure that works on site comply with safety standards, authorities, and clients' requirements.
• Prepare all daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports and other necessary documentation.
• Attend and take minutes of regular meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with consultants and relevant parties.
• Resolve any technical issues and other challenges that may occur.
• Assist the Project Manager in the coordination of project management activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
• 2 years of construction site work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CAD, and familiar with Microsoft Project.
• Good analytical skills and resourceful.
• Good knowledge in site management methodology.
• Team player, good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at different levels.
• Willing to work flexible time when necessary.
