Job description

Industry: Lift Installation and Trading Services Japanese MNC

Location: Bedok

This is a Permanent role.

Responsible for day-to-day running of projects and updating of plans & schedules as and when there are variations to them.
Manages resources & directs project works to achieve quality, safe & cost effective management of projects.
Ensures that projects stay within budget and are completed on time.
Documents project interfacing matters both internally and externally, & submit proposals for claims including contract variations, e.g. specification changes, extension of times etc.
Co-ordinate with sub-contractors for installation matters, internal team for T&C related issues and maintenance team for operation issues.
To attend site meetings and site inspections with clients for smooth handing over.

Minimum Degree in Electric / Mechanical or related Engineering and its equivalent.
At least 3 years of Project Management experience in a Construction or related industry.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Word & Excel and drafting of letters.
Must have initiative and drive to resolve site issues to achieve project success.
