Under general supervision, primary responsibility for designing, planning, and facilitating implementation of Compensation and Benefits solutions so as to address business challenges in a timely, accurate and value add manner. Implement the organization's compensation programs following established standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization's reward strategy. Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
The role collaborates with HR Business Partners, the International & US Compensation Team and relevant Stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive reward processes and systems in line with the company’s reward philosophy, strategy and policy. This would be a regional role providing support to all 11 countries in Stryker APAC on various compensation and benefits projects.
