We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Planning & Insight to lead our planning and insights team. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making and delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance.

Your Role

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall planning and insights strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation and prioritization of initiatives.
2. Data Analysis: Oversee the collection of monthly report of other subject base analysis, and interpretation of data to generate insights that inform business strategies, product development.
3. Business presentation: Plan & Develop business report for Sr. management, business review, subject base communication topics, Key market insight or strategic initiatives.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of insights into business plans.
5. Market Research: Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
6. Regional initiative project leading: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
7. Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Who You Are

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field;
2. Proven experience in a planning, insights, or analytics role, with a strong track record of driving business results.
3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
