Job Responsibilities
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
Oversee the daily operations of the LMS, ensuring functionality, user-friendly, and content update.
Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with the LMS provider for resolution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS – related inquiries, providing support and troubleshooting assistance.
Train employees and stakeholders on LMS usage and best practices.
Training & Facilitation:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with business objectives and employee development needs.
Create engaging curriculum and learning materials to optimize training outcomes.
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning environment.
Adapt training methodologies to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
Design and develop high-quality eLearning courses, modules, and digital training content using instructional design principles.
Integrate interactive learning tools and multimedia to enhance engagement and retention.
General L&D Responsibilities:
Support learning administration and operations as needed.
Develop and implement L&D policies and processes to enhance training effectiveness.
Analyse training data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional regional and international travel for training sessions and employee development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Hands-on experience in developing L&D policies and processes is preferred.
Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives within tight timelines in complex environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and logically.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
2 – 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on LMS administration and training.
Proficiency in LMS platforms is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
