Senior Web Designer & Developer (HubSpot / Zoho CRM)
Job description
- Website Flow, User Experience & Lead Generation:
- Enhance website flow to optimize user journeys and boost engagement.
- Create high-converting landing pages with lead capture forms, calls-to-action (CTAs), and multimedia to support lead generation.
- Leverage data-driven tools (e.g., heat maps, Google Analytics) to evaluate and improve website performance.
- WordPress Development & Management:
- Manage WordPress plugins, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility.
- Configure and optimize caching plugins (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache) for improved site performance.
- Oversee server hosting, DNS settings, and domain management (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare).
- Troubleshoot technical issues with WordPress themes, plugins, and hosting environments.
- Implement security best practices, including regular backups, SSL certificates, firewalls, and security plugins.
- Graphic Design & Branding:
- Create visually striking graphics, banners, and digital assets for websites and online platforms.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual content with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Landing Page Design & Optimization:
- Design and optimize high-conversion landing pages, utilizing A/B testing and performance data to refine them.
- Ensure landing page aesthetics and strategies are aligned to enhance user engagement and drive lead generation.
- Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Develop wireframes and prototypes with a focus on user experience, branding, and lead generation.
- Present design concepts and integrate feedback to align with business and branding goals.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Analyze website performance metrics (e.g., bounce rates, conversion rates) to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize lead generation and overall website performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of demonstrated expertise in WordPress development, graphic design, branding, and lead generation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to craft cohesive and visually engaging designs.
- In-depth knowledge of landing page development and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with DNS management, server hosting, and techniques for optimizing website performance.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, heat maps, and A/B testing to monitor and improve user behavior.
- Strong team collaboration abilities, with experience working closely with marketing teams.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance website functionality.
- Experienced with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and advanced lead generation tactics.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles for optimizing websites.
